Emory's Transportation and Parking Services office makes every effort to reasonably accommodate our student, staff, and faculty annual permit holders who need to store their vehicles during scheduled Breaks in the University calendar. Vehicles may not be stored over the Summer Break between Commencement and August 14.
If you intend to store your vehicle on campus during a published University Break, you must contact the Parking office at
parking@emory.edu before you leave for the Break and give us your
- Name
- Parking permit number
- Vehicle Information including License plate number and State of registration
Vehicles may not be stored in Visitor Parking areas. Vehicles left unattended for longer than 72 hours may be impounded at the owner’s expense.
Student vehicle storage
After approval from Parking Services, students may store their vehicles in the following areas:
Clairmont ResidentialStudents residing in Clairmont Residential may store their vehicle in their assigned Clairmont Residential deck.
Woodruff Residential / Clifton TowersStudents residing in Woodruff or Clifton Towers may store their vehicles in the Michael Street parking deck. (Press the 'CALL' button at the entrance gate to access the Michael Street deck.)
Other On-Campus HousingStudents residing in on-campus housing who are currently assigned to the Michael Street parking deck may store their vehicles in the Michael Street parking deck.
Students residing in on-campus housing who are currently assigned to the Peavine parking deck may store their vehicles in the Peavine parking deck.
Faculty / Staff vehicle storage
If you intend to store your vehicle on campus during any published calendar Break, you must contact the Parking office at parking@emory.edu before you leave for the Break and give us your
