TripShot Replacing PassioGo! for Shuttle Tracking & SafeRide Service
TripShot will replace PassioGo! for live shuttle tracking, trip planning, and SafeRide. A soft launch is planned for Monday, September 21st, 2026.
During the transition, riders may experience some bus tracking, headsigns, and announcements being unavailable while all shuttles finish upgrading to new equipment. Shuttle routes and schedules will not be affected.
SafeRide will transition to Tripshot beginning at 9:00 pm on Monday, September 21st. Riders may request a ride in the app, or call 404-727- 7555.
Riders can view live shuttle tracking online at http://emory.tripshot.com or by downloading the TripShot mobile app, available for free Google Play or the Apple App Store, and selecting "Emory" as the agency.
