Emory Launches Passio Go! for Shuttle Tracking
Emory University Transportation and Parking Services is pleased to announce that Passio GO! will be used for live shuttle tracking beginning in the Spring 2024 semester. Riders will be able to track the location of their shuttles online at https://emory.passiogo.com/, as well as by downloading the Passio GO! mobile app, available for download free from the Google Play or Apple store.
With the transition, riders can expect to see additional enhancements, including audio announcements of upcoming stops. Riders can also set shuttle arrival alerts, tag favorites, and receive alerts about route changes and detours.
This transition will be completed in phases:
Monday, January 8th, 2024 - Sunday January 21st, 2024: Soft Launch Riders will be able to track shuttle routes via Passio. This is a live-testing period intended to allow both riders and operators to become more familiar with and use the Passio app.
SafeRide requests will remain via phone or the Transloc app at this time.
Monday January 22, 2024: Launch: Passio will be utilized for shuttle tracking.
SafeRide requests will remain via phone or the Transloc app at this time.
Later in Spring 2024: The Passio app will replace Transloc for SafeRide. Dates of this transition and more information will be shared when available.
