Saferide is a free, on-demand service that operates on Emory’s Clifton campuses from 9PM-5AM, 365 days per year. An Emory Shuttle vehicle provides the service. Rides may be scheduled in advance.

Use the Passio GO! app to request a SafeRide!
Create an account & Sign In
Step 1: Launch the Passio Go App or go online
- If using the app, from the menu, select "SafeRide" to launch the trip request page.
Step 2: Sign up (1st use only)
- Click the "Sign up" link next to “Need a Connect account?” at the bottom of the page
- Fill in First Name, Last Name, Phone and Email Address are required.
- Type in and confirm your desired password.
- Click "Create Account"
Step 3: Sign In
- On the sign-in screen, click "Sign in with your email address and password/PIN"
- Enter your email address and password/PIN
- Check the "Rememember me" box if you want to stay signed in
- Tap "Sign In"
Request a Ride
Step 1: Request A Ride
- After signing in, you will see the ride request screen.
- Select SafeRide as the service you want to use.
- Enter your pick-up address.
- Enter your drop-off address.
- Review the route and estimated duration on the map.
- Tap "Request Trip" to book your ride.
Step 2: Ride Status Updates
- Once your ride is booked, you will receive status updates.
- The status screen will show details such as:
- Status
- Pick Up Address
- Estimated Pick-Up Time
- Drop Off Address
- Estimated Drop-Off Time
Forgotten Password
- If you forget your password, tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen.
- Enter the email address you used to create the account.
- Tap "Continue" to receive a password recovery email.
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
