Bike Deposit: All bike rentals require a refundable $50 security deposit.
Faculty, staff, and students may rent a bike from Emory Transportation and Parking Services (TPS) for a semester. Review the Bike Emory General Guidelines and Release and the Georgia Bike Sense Guide.
- Use the form below to request a bike. A TPS team member will contact you regarding the next steps.
- Bike rentals are paid for and picked up at the Parking Office located on the 4th level of the Starvine Deck, 1945 Starvine Way, Suite 400B.

Bike Rental Agreement
Bike Emory provides rental bikes for Emory faculty, staff, and students. Please review the
Bike Emory General Guidelines before reserving your bike. Bikes are limited and reserved on a first-come first-served basis.
Rental Fees and Schedules:• Spring 2024 Rental: January 16, 2024 - May 3, 2024
• Rental Fee: $50
• U-Lock Rental: $10 Lease, $5 Deposit
• Helmet: $10 (purchase)
Security Deposit
A Security Deposit of $50 will be required when picking up the bicycle. The renter may receive their full security deposit upon return of the bicycle, provided the bike is in a level of the condition pursuant to the other requirements herein.
Lost, Late, or Damage Fees:
• Late Bike Fee (not returned to the Parking Office on the due date
by 1:00 p.m.): $20 first day and $30 for each additional day,
assessed first from the security deposit.
• Lost Bike Fee: Loss of security deposit and FULL replacement
cost of bike: $450
• Lost Key or Lock: $35 for the cost of replacement locking system
• Damage Due to Misuse of Bike: Cost of parts and labor
