Forming a New Vanpool
Vanpools must operate with at least three vendor-approved drivers (one primary and two alternates) who will have access to the van for personal usage if approved by the group.
Take advantage of the cost savings and convenience of being part of a vanpool by completing the vanpool application form. Each member of the vanpool must complete the vanpool application form (60KB, .pdf).
Forms are also available from:
- Emory's Transportation and Parking Services offices at the Clairmont campus parking deck;
- Emory's parking office at the Lowergate parking deck;
- Emory's Human Resources office at the 1599 Clifton Road Building; and
- Emory University Hospital Midtown's parking office at the W.W. Orr Building.
To remain in the vanpool program, vanpoolers must continue to meet the eligibility requirements, and must remain current with their payments.
