Cliff Charters (Special Event Shuttles)
Cliff shuttles can be requested for special events by Emory faculty, staff, students, and Emory affiliates by completing this form. The cost for this service is $85/hour per shuttle with a three-hour minimum reservation per shuttle.
All request forms must be emailed to the Transportation and Parking Services office weekdays between 8AM and 3PM. Special event shuttles are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and should be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance of planned event.
A PeopleSoft SmartKey billing number is required for Emory departments and business units.
Affiliates may pay via check, PeopleSoft SmartKey billing number or credit card (a 2.5% assessment will be charged to credit cards).
Cancellations and Changes to an Event
Cancellations and changes to an event must be made via email AND verbally at least 24 hours prior to the event, or by 12 'noon on Friday for Saturday/Sunday/Monday events.
Drivers Only
To request a shuttle driver, submit a special event driver-only request form (92KB, .xls) to wanda.teichert@emory.edu. Driver rates are $25/hour (three hour minimum); $250 per day and for overnight events (the 24-hour period begins at the van pick-up time); and overtime rates are $35/hour.
Other Services Available
Vans for up to fifteen-passengers are available for rent through Enterprise Rent-A-Car, located at the Emory Conference Center Hotel (404.727.8267 | 1615 Clifton Road, Atlanta, GA | 30329).
