Special Event Shuttles Emory affiliates should open this Special Event Request Form (Excel format). Affiliates may pay via check, credit card, or FAS. Note: Credit card payments will be assessed a 2.5% administrative fee. Cancellation of or changes to an event must be made both in writing (on the Change Form) and verbally at least 24-hours prior to the event or by 4:00pm on Fridays for weekend events. If you need to make changes to an event previously scheduled, click on the "Change Form" tab at the bottom of your original request (it is a different worksheet) to type your information onto the Change Form. If we are unable to provide shuttles for your event or if you have a last minute request outside of our normal business hours, you may want to contact other vendors to meet your transportation needs. If you only need a
driver, you may complete the Special Event Driver-Only Request form below.
The rate is $20.00 per hour with a three-hour minimum requirement; daily rate
of $200.00 for overnight events (24-hr period begins at van pick-up time);
