Q. Why should I register to be a bike commuter? A. One goal of Emory's bike commute program is to broaden the influence that Emory has by increasing participation in commute options. The more bike participants there are, the more influence Emory will have with local agencies in petitioning for designated bike lanes, additional crosswalks and maybe even lockers and showers at your worksite. Registered bicycle commuters are eligible for a number of benefits, as noted below.
